analytical and creative problem solver

Today I have a training at my office. I Have new learning about problem solver.

They are 2 problem solver:

1. Analytical problem Solver
   
   Find the root cause of problem and then find the best solution. Usually we use this approach when we have problem that we cannot solve (Hard level problem)
   
   
2. Creative problem solver
   
   Find a lot of idea to solve problem without to find a root problem. Usually we use this approach when we have problem easy problem.
